Our Team

Over 100 community workers, such as Cluster Women Leaders, Motivators, Facilitators and Barefoot Counsellors lend invaluable support to various programmes in the villages and hamlets. Over 90% of these are young women. The majority – 85% of the grass roots team members belong to the scheduled tribes, viz. the Santal, Munda, Ho, Bhumij, Mahali, Sabar and Birhor. The last two belong to the Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups.
